Estacionamiento*

I was the Penultimate Passenger on this Ferry . . .

and the Last Driver leaving this Parking Lot!

Penultimate is my favorite English word, because of its meaning, and it's fun to use!
*Estacionamiento is my favorite word in Spanish, because it looks like such a fancy word, and it's fun to say!

They will smile right back at YOU!

Right this very minute!
Patrick: But, Auntie Mame, it's one week past Thanksgiving Day now!"

The Airstream Song

I suppose I’m a little out of touch from Country Music.
Lately I've been hearing a lot about Miranda Lambert.
She made this song! Nice!

What Time Is It?

Arizona is in the Mountain Standard Time Zone (MST), and Hawaii is in the Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time Zone (HAST).

These two states do not observe daylight-saving time.
I suppose they have extra Daylight in storage.

In 2007, DST was changed from April to March, and from October to November. I have one old alarm clock that didn't get the memo . . . it was preprogramed, and reminds me of this twice a year!

Someday My Prince Will Come . . .

. . . to Help me with the driving, campsite hookups, flat tires . . . and many other chores! The more research I do, the more I learn that My Airstream Dream is a journey not meant for one.
                        So I suppose I’ll need a Beau!
But for now, it seems that Prince Charming is Taken! Or maybe not!!

Louisiana - The Pelican State

Map of La.
State Motto  -  "Union, Justice, and Confidence."

The purchase added to the United States a region very different from others on the American map. The United States government made Louisiana residents go through a trial period before admitting Louisiana as a state.

On April 30, 1812, exactly nine years after the signing of the Louisiana Purchase, Congress admitted Louisiana as the eighteenth state in the Union.     http://lsm.crt.state.la.us/
